Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nuvé Studio offers flexible access to co-working spaces and curated events, and we understand that plans may change. However, to ensure fair operations and space management, the following refund and cancellation guidelines apply.
Co-working bookings are non-refundable on the day of use. Cancellations made at least one day prior to the booking date may be eligible for a credit transfer or rescheduling, depending on slot availability. Event tickets, including those for workshops, open mics, and community gatherings, are non-refundable once purchased. However, ticket transfers to another individual may be requested prior to the event.

Private bookings or facilitator-led event space rentals may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and blocking costs. If an event is cancelled by Nuvé Studio, a full refund or transfer to a future date will be offered.

All approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a standard timeline. Nuvé Studio reserves the right to amend this policy based on operational needs while ensuring clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
